Cozi alternatives in 2026
Cozi is the family organizer a lot of us started with. Its compare-plans page now lists three tiers: Free, Gold at $39/yr and Max at $79/yr. The AI features (AI event import, recipe creation and meal planning) are part of Max.[1]
family.works, a competing organizer, says a May 2024 paywall change sent many families looking for something else.[2] Whatever your reason for looking, here is what else is out there. Every price below is copied from the vendor’s own page or the source we link to. Plans change often, so check before you pay.

Before you switch
- Check the free tier limits. Sense lists 10 AI actions a month on its free plan, and Nori lists 10 AI uses. If you forward a lot of school email, you may hit those limits quickly.
- Check per-family vs per-person pricing. Nori and Calendara list their prices per family.
- Family Works is waitlist-only for now and has not published pricing.
