Home maintenance: the free starter setup
Home maintenance is my day job. This prompt builds a seasonal list for your house and reminds you every quarter.
The seasonal prompt
On the first Saturday of March, June, September and December, give me this season's home-maintenance list. - Our house: [age, heating/cooling type, well or city water, septic or sewer, gutters, deck, region/climate]. - Give me 8-10 tasks for the season, ordered by "do this first", with roughly how long each takes and what to buy. - Mark anything that needs a licensed pro (gas, electrical panels, roofs) instead of DIY. - End with a checklist I can print.
Fill in the house details, because that’s what makes the list useful. Then make it a reminder that repeats: scheduled tasks on each assistant.
